In this regard, we have always led the field. Which is why we were one of the first companies in the food sector to be certified according to ISO 9001 as early as 1995. Since 2008, we have regularly passed the International Food Standard (IFS) and the British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification procedures with flying colours.

The rigorous specialists in our test panel examine the sensory and haptic quality of our products every day. They sip and smell the coffee, taste the bread from our test bakery, and examine the colour, crust and crumb elasticity – ensuring that our products always hit the spot.
