Article 6 (1) lit. a EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides the legal basis for data processing for which we obtain the consent of the data subject.
Article 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO provides the legal basis for the processing of personal data required to fulfil a contract to which the data subject is a party. This includes processing operations necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Article 6 (1) lit. c DSGVO provides the legal basis to the extent that processing of personal data is required to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject.
Article 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO p provides the legal basis for processing if the processing is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms of the data subject do not prevail over the former interests. The legitimate interest of our company consists in the conduct of our business as well as in the analysis, optimisation and maintenance of the security of our online offering.

II. Log files

Such data is automatically stored in the server statistics which the browser transmits to us within the scope of our legitimate interest of analysis and for security reasons (so-called “log files”).

This includes the following data in detail:
• Language and version of the browser software
• Operating system used and its interface
• Referrer URL (the previously visited page)
• Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
• Date and time of the server request
• Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)
• Content of the request (specific page)
• Amount of data transferred
• Access status/HTTP status code.
We usually cannot assign this data to specific individuals. A merge of this data with other data sources will not be undertaken. The data will also be deleted after a statistical evaluation within 7 days. Data whose further retention is required for evidential purposes is exempted from deletion until final clarification of the incident.

III. Contractual processing

The personal data provided by you for contractual purposes, such as your name, address or e-mail address, will only be used internally to answer your inquiries, to process your orders or to give you access to certain contractual information.

IV. Contact, application data

When you contact us by e-mail or via the contact form, your details will be stored by us to answer your questions.

Disclosure to third parties does not take place unless valid data protection regulations justify a transfer or we are legally obliged to do so. You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. In the event of revocation of consent, your data will be deleted immediately. Your data will otherwise be deleted if we have processed your request or the purpose of the storage no longer applies. You can always inform yourself about the data stored on your person.

You can also apply via our contact form. The entered data will be processed and used exclusively for the purpose of applicant selection. With your application, you consent that you may be contacted and informed in writing and/or by phone as part of the application process. VI. Passing on data to third parties

We pass data on to third parties, if this is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract and/or we are legally obliged to do so in individual cases.

We sometimes use external third-party service providers in the context of our legitimate interests with regard to analysis, optimisation and economical operation of our online offering. This always requires that the third-party providers of this content know the IP address of the users, since they could not send the content to the user’s browser without the IP address. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. Third parties may also use so-called pixel tags (invisible graphics, also called “web beacons”) for statistical or marketing purposes. The “pixel tags” can be used to evaluate information, such as visitor traffic, on the pages of this website. The pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user’s device and may include, among other things, technical information similar to the log files. We list our service providers below.
